The Position

An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated individual to work within the Service Desk Team.  Answer incoming calls and emails to ensure that customers' enquiries are dealt with efficiently and with the highest standards of customer care.  

The Responsibilities

Primary Duties

  • Provide receptionist duties; handle incoming calls and emails
  • To ensure that customers' enquiries are dealt with efficiently and with the highest standards of customer care.
  • To carry out all general administration functions for the departments as required.
  • To ensure that all administration tasks are completed within the requirements of quality standards.
  • Set up of Customers and jobs 
  • Preparation of the daily post
  • To complete stationery orders 
  • Purchase orders to be raised and sent to the accounts department 
  • Completion of a wide variety of administrative tasks to support effective reporting to clients and internal business units
  • Filing

Experience / Qualifications / Education

Essential:
● Customer Service experience
● Knowledge of Google Workspace and IT administration skills
Desirable:
● Experience of working with a CAFM system (Computer Aided Facilities Management
System)
● Experience of working with Google Sheets and documents
Personal Attributes
● Excellent customer service skills combined with excellent interpersonal and
communication skills.
● Attention to detail is a must 
● The ability to adapt to change
● Excellent organisational skills
