Experienced Landscaper

 Mimosa Ltd is looking for an experienced and confident Landscaper to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with strong hardscaping skills who’s ready to take on more responsibility and grow with us. You’ll be involved in a variety of landscaping projects—from laying patios and brick paving to installing sleeper borders and retaining walls. We’re after someone reliable, organised, and proud of their work—someone who can run a job smoothly but isn’t afraid to pick up a shovel. For the right person, there’s real opportunity to step up and take on more responsibility over time. 

Laying patios, brick paving, sleeper borders, steps, and retaining walls.

Supporting full garden builds and bespoke landscaping projects.

Working independently on smaller tasks or with minimal supervision.

Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe site.

Potential to support or guide other team members on site as needed.

Proven experience in landscaping and hardscaping.

Confident working with paving, structural features, and outdoor builds.

Strong eye for detail and high standards of finish.

Self-motivated, dependable, and physically fit.

Able to take initiative and solve problems on-site.

A full, clean driver’s license is essential.
