Compliance Monitoring Officer

A new opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Monitoring & Oversight Officer to join a dedicated compliance team supporting trust and fund services.

The role involves implementing and maintaining the Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP), ensuring alignment with regulatory changes, and protecting the business from financial crime, reputational, and operational risks. Responsibilities include oversight of compliance registers, periodic reporting, assisting with customer file reviews, and supporting regulatory adherence across the business.

The ideal candidate will have at least six years of compliance experience, including five in CMP testing within the funds industry. Strong technical knowledge of fund and fiduciary services, excellent report writing, and effective communication skills are essential. A relevant compliance qualification is required, along with a proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels.
