The Position
Guernsey Care Homes are looking for a highly motivated person to assist in the general administration of our group of care homes in Guernsey, supporting both the Finance and HR Administrators.
The Responsibilities
To assist with Purchase and Sales Ledger processes
To assist with Banking procedures, bank reconciliations and preparation of monthly accounts
To assist with the preparation of monthly Payrolls
To assist with the preparation of admission documents for new residents
To assist with the HR function of the business from recruitment to on-boarding
To assist HR with Employee Relations procedures such as performance reviews and policy reviews
Experience / Qualifications / Education
Experience
Relevant office administration experience
Good general IT skills
Good level of English and Maths
Experience of QuickBooks is desirable, but training will be provided
Skills & Qualifications
Must have strong organisational skills and an enthusiasm for the role
Must have excellent verbal communication and good listening skills
Must be able to demonstrate discretion and an ability to maintain confidentiality
Must be professional and friendly
