Senior Carer/Team Leader

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Carer/Team Leader to join our friendly and supportive team.  

This is a full time post of 40 hours per week, working a variety of day and evening shifts, including some weekend work.

You will be expected to carry out a wide range of duties, both individually and in partnership with the Care Manager, to maintain high standards of  care within the Home. 

We are looking for applicants with a kind and compassionate nature, who works well in a team environment and is able to provide support and guidance to other members of the team.  You must also be a confident communicator when liaising with a wide range of professionals, as well as with residents and their families. 

Applicants must be in possession of an NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification and have recent experience working in a care setting. 

Pay is commensurate with experience.
