Store Manager

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager, to work in the Guernsey retail store of this ethical fashion brand.

The role holder will drive the overall performance of the store, through managing and developing the team, demonstrating the business values and ensuring the store is delivering an exceptional customer experience, generating profit, through exceeding KPIs, keeping P&L and controllable costs inline with budget and maximising local market opportunities.

You will ensure your team is motivated and knowledgeable, supporting everyone to achieve excellence in their roles, maximise commercial opportunities to drive sales within the store, implementing visual merchandising and window guidelines to a high standard whilst ensuring an inclusive environment, promoting equality and kindness within your team.

The role holder will be a confident leader, one who will inspire the team, leading by example to make the store a great place for all who work and shop there. They will have a proven track record of managing a successful retail store, delivering excellence in customer service, both personally and through their team
