The Position
We are looking for full-time cocktail bartenders.
The Responsibilities
The right candidate will be passionate about drinks, service and music. A willingness to keep learning and growing within the drinks profession and most importantly a commitment to providing a great time for the guests.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
Experience is useful but not necessary as full training will be given. Our bar will be centred around the influence and atmosphere of 1920’s/1930’s Old Havana. There will be a huge collection of rums and tequilas with a focus on classic and reworking of Daiquiris and Margaritas. Classic international drinks will also be available. Music will be an important influence as well.
