The Position

Join Our Team as Receptionist/Business Support Administrator in our brand-new office complex at Admiral Park:

  • Be the first point of contact for guests, greeting them in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to colleagues
  • Help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our office
  • Organize inbound and outbound mail, assist with administrative tasks, and provide general clerical support as needed

We’re looking for a detail-oriented team player who is organized and ready to contribute to a dynamic work environment.

Please note: Applicants must hold a valid Guernsey Right to Work Permit.


The Responsibilities

Answer and direct phone calls
Distribute mail
Act as first point of contact for visitors

Experience / Qualifications / Education

Relevant work experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Good communication skills
