Care Assistant

We are looking for reliable and hardworking carers for a variety of day shifts.  You will be part of an enthusiastic and supportive team, delivering high quality care to all our lovely residents. PLEASE NOTE: We are only able to accept applications from individuals who are currently living and working in Guernsey. 

You will be responsible for providing assistance to our residents with all aspects of personal care, toileting, meals, drinks and day to day activities, under the direction of the Care Manager/Team Leaders. 

Previous experience in a care setting would be desirable, however we would be pleased to offer full training to anyone interested in seeking a career in the care sector, or even just a few extra hours to supplement another job. No formal qualifications are necessary - we are more interested in seeking applicants with a kind and compassionate nature who will take pride in delivering a high standard of care, and who work well as part of a team. 

We are able to offer competitive rates of pay, including enhancements for working unsocial hours, i.e. weekends and public holidays.
