The Position

An exciting opportunity at a leading private bank.

The Responsibilities

The role holder will work closely with the business to manage HR support and act in an advisory role. Offering employees broad HR support, advice and solutions. This includes, aiding the recruitment process including coordinating with agencies and conducting interviews, providing first day induction training to new employees, the administration of employee on-boarding and off-boarding and building and managing relationships with key internal stakeholders and external parties and suppliers.

Experience / Qualifications / Education

Candidates should have up to two years’ experience within Human Resources, experience working with a HR database or payroll software, a desire to attend HR training and seminars to broaden industry knowledge, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to preserve confidentiality.
