The Position
An exciting opportunity for a super organised individual to join a customer focussed finance company on a fixed term contract until June 2025.
The Responsibilities
The role holder will be essentially be locating all client due diligence (CDD) across multiple systems and collating into one file ready for the CDD analysts to review. They will also be the main point of contact for all customer emails and phone calls.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
Candidates will need good customer focused experience, have an upbeat and understanding tone through emails and calls and be confident in dealing with customers on the phone. Full training will be provided, but the ideal candidate will have experience in a busy and fast paced office environment.
This is a full time role however 30 hours a week will be considered as will flexible working patterns.
