Full-Time Bar Staff

The Last Post Pub & Restaurant is a friendly local pub and restaurant at the heart of the community — busy, welcoming, and all about good drinks, good food, and a great atmosphere.

We’re looking for reliable, hard-working people to join the bar team on a full-time basis. This is a hands-on role in a busy pub environment, so a positive attitude, good energy, and willingness to get stuck in are essential.

Please note: Applicants must already have the right to work in Guernsey or already be living in Guernsey and eligible to obtain an employment permit. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for overseas applicants. 

•  Serving drinks in a friendly and professional way 
•  Preparing and pouring drinks to a high standard 
•  Taking customer orders and handling payments accurately 
•  Keeping the bar and customer areas clean and organised 
•  Restocking fridges and supporting the smooth running of service 
•  Supporting the team during busy trading periods 
•  Helping with opening and closing duties as required 

Previous bar experience is preferred, although full training can be provided for the right candidate. Experience working in a busy hospitality environment would be an advantage.
