Bar Staff Wanted - Join a Busy Sports Bar With Proper Standards

We’re looking for reliable, confident bar staff to join our team at a busy sports bar in time for the Fifa World Cup.

The role includes serving drinks, taking payments, keeping the bar clean and well-stocked, supporting the team during busy match days and giving customers a great experience. You’ll need to be confident serving customers, keeping the bar running smoothly, managing busy periods, and supporting the team during big games and events.
Applicants must be reliable, responsible and capable of working alone when needed, including opening, closing, handling payments and keeping standards high without constant supervision.

You’ll need to be friendly, punctual, hard-working and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Previous bar experience is preferred, but the right attitude matters most.

Flexible Hours available include:
Weekdays from 4pm & Weekends from 12pm 

• Provide great service while maintaining high standards at all times
• Prepare and serve drinks/food with quality and consistency
• Promote local produce and suppliers with confidence and pride
• Engage with customers to build relationships and support repeat visits
• Keep the venue clean, safe and well-presented
• Support the team in creating a welcoming community and match-day atmosphere

• Previous experience in a café, bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred (but not essential for the right person).
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with good communication skills.
• A genuine interest in sport, match-day atmosphere, and great customer service is a big advantage.

Relevant training/certifications (e.g. food hygiene, licensing) are a plus — training can be provided.
