If you love leading a team, delivering excellent customer service, and keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine—this role is calling your name.
The Responsibilities
You'll be at the heart of customer operations, supervising the front-line crew, managing calls, resolving issues with a smile, and keeping both clients and colleagues happy across the Channel Islands. You will be handling queries and complaints to scheduling resources and diving into credit notes. Your days will be full and fast-paced, driving process improvements, leading team meetings and making sure the team are on track and motivated.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
Tech-savvy and cool under pressure, you're comfortable using bespoke systems and Microsoft Office, and you're ready to tackle everything from debt collection to project support. Basically, you're the go-to problem-solver, motivator, and customer champion—all rolled into one.
