The Position
A senior leadership opportunity is available for an experienced professional to join a growing international insurance firm.
The Responsibilities
This role involves shaping strategic direction, attending board meetings, mentoring staff, and delivering high-quality client service across a diverse portfolio. The successful candidate will ensure operational compliance with regulatory and internal standards, working closely with Compliance, MLCO, and MLRO teams. Additional responsibilities include contributing to new business development initiatives and maintaining the company’s reputation for professionalism.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
Experience in regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and program management—especially within captive insurance—is advantageous.
