Credit and Lending Services Legal Officer

An opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented professional to join the Credit and Lending Services team of a Global Private Bank, providing essential support throughout the life cycle of high net worth client loans.

This role involves managing the completion of lending documentation, liaising with internal teams and external counsel, and ensuring legal and credit risks are effectively monitored and mitigated. Responsibilities include supporting drawdowns, maintaining accurate records, responding to queries, and ensuring compliance with internal processes.

The successful candidate will have experience in legal, lending, or credit operations—ideally with exposure to property or banking transactions. Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. A client-focused approach, the ability to prioritise under pressure, and a proactive attitude are key.
