This opportunity is with a locally owned and managed commercial e-commerce business trading worldwide. It is a fast-paced and rapidly growing company maintaining multiple high street retail premises in Guernsey and the UK.

The role holder will have a highly motivated and visionary Creative Lead to spearhead the creative efforts and elevate the brand's visual and conceptual identity. The Creative Lead will be responsible for developing and executing innovative creative strategies that align with the marketing goals and resonate with the target audience. This role demands a strong understanding of design principles, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to inspire and mentor a team of talented creatives.

You will preferably need experience in a creative leadership role with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative skills and styles. As well as expertise in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
