The Position
Administrator required for busy office in St Peter Port. Ideal candidate will have previous admin experience with excellent computer and communication skills
Dealing with clients and subcontractors on a daily basis via telephone and email. Eventually the job will progress to processing of payroll where full training will be given
Must be honest and honour confidentiality, be able to work to deadlines and follow instructions well. Be able to work as part of a team
The Responsibilities
Dealing with clients and subcontractors on a daily basis via telephone and email. Dealing with queries. Inputting and accepting contracts in a timely manner and be able to prioritise workload
Experience / Qualifications / Education
Ideal candidate will have previous admin experience with excellent computer and communication skills
