The Position
An interesting and varied role with an independently owned boutique trust company.
The Responsibilities
This is a busy and varied role and is essential to the smooth running of the company. The candidate will need to confident in the use of IT and technology as a large portion of their responsibilities include the management of IT Infrastructure, including co-ordinating and organising individuals to fix issues, as well as being able to move and re-patch office phones on on occasion.
They will also be responsible for managing all aspects of the premises including coordinating with the landlord, managing staff car parks and access, and handling issues related to office supplies, cleaning and facilities.
The role will also involve planning and overseeing the company’s office move including sourcing new premises and organising the move.
