Senior Associate, Corporate

An exciting opportunity at a leading adviser on corporate matters, who combine exceptional transactional skills with specialist expertise advising the leading financial institutions, including on corporate restructurings, private equity transactions, joint ventures and statutory mergers.

Working as part of a focused, partner-led team, the Senior Associate will play an active role in the day to day running of a broad range of corporate matters, focusing primarily on investment funds work, regulatory matters and mergers and acquisitions, and will be expected to undertake business development activities in addition.
