Information Systems Analyst

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative business as an experienced Information Systems Analyst.

Reporting to the Head of Information Systems, we are seeking an Information Systems Analyst who has established experience working in an end-user desktop support role or computer operations environment.

The successful candidate must have relevant experience and consistently keep up to date with advancements within the field. Apart from their education and experience, they must have strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills. This is a hands-on role which will require the successful candidate to be actively involved in all the user-facing and technology governance activities for which the IT department is responsible.

Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years relevant experience, relevant Microsoft / ITIL Foundation certification is beneficial.

We are looking for a candidate who will provide excellent customer service, communication and problem solving to all staff. You will have an in depth knowledge of hardware and software and up to date knowledge of the latest technology trends, as well as hands on experience working in an end-user desktop support role.
