Service Advisor

Euromarque Limited, Guernsey's largest independent motor vehicle service and repair centre, are now seeking to recruit Service Advisor to join our superb team, to act as a liaison between our customers and our Service Technicians. 

Service Advisor responsibilities include:

•  greeting customers, listening to their needs and scheduling bookings as required
• arranging vehicle drop-offs/collections
• providing customers with information and advice on service and repairs as well as providing    estimates of costs
• manage and oversee the garage workflow and schedule of work
•  contact customers to advise them about changes to estimated works and progress of repairs
• prepare invoices for the days work and take payment
• keep database updated with changes of customer details

Ultimately you will work directly with customers and our technicians to ensure our customers received an excellent service.  Previous experience in the role is desirable but not essential, but a keen knowledge of cars would be an advantage.

You will need to be a good communicator - be confident during face to face dealings with our customers, and have an excellent telephone manner.  Experience in the motor trade would be an advantage (but not essential) along with a general interest in cars.  Candidates must be educated to secondary school level, and be honest, enthusiastic and pay attention to detail, thus ensuring our customers receive the service they expect and deserve.
