The Position

The Guernsey Philatelic Bureau are looking to recruit a Philatelic Coordinator to join the team. 

The role involves working in the Philatelic customer services, administration and fulfilment team. Carrying out banking reconciliations, managing stock, processing issues and retail orders, dispatch of customer orders, as well as ensuring that processes are kept up to date, accurate records are maintained and that customer queries are dealt with in a timely manner ensuring that a professional image of Guernsey Post is promoted at all times. 

Experience / Qualifications / Education

Candidates will have:

  • Proven customer service skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines, quickly and accurately
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of IT skills and applications
  • Good organisational skills 
  • Experience of effective team work

This role also requires a basic police clearance. Candidates with unspent convictions for dishonesty or drug offences will not be eligible for appointment.
