📍 Location: Guernsey | 🕑 Shift-Based | ✈️ Part of Pula Aviation Group

ASG, a member of the Pula Aviation Group, is a well-established aviation services provider based in Guernsey. With a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and personal service, we are now expanding our ground operations team and seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Full-Time FBO Agent.

What the Role Involves:

As an FBO Agent, you’ll play a key role in the safe, professional, and efficient handling of Business and Commuter Jets, Light Aircraft, and Hangar Facilities. No two days are the same – from welcoming VIP clients and assisting with aircraft arrivals and departures, to maintaining the presentation and safety of our hangar facilities.

The Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

  • Ground handling of private and light aircraft including towing, parking, and marshalling aircraft in and out of hangars
  • Meeting and assisting VIP passengers and crew, ensuring a seamless and discreet experience
  • Liaising with customers and aircraft operators to confirm and coordinate handling requests
  • Using the FBO One software system to manage aircraft arrivals, departures, and associated services
  • Luggage handling and aircraft turnaround coordination
  • Hangar and ramp upkeep, including cleaning, equipment checks, and assisting with basic facility maintenance
  • Supporting engineering and operational teams with aircraft movements and logistics

You will work as part of a small, close-knit team on a shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays as required.

Experience / Qualifications / Education

We’re seeking someone with a strong work ethic, a professional attitude, and a passion for delivering great service. You will need to be:

Courteous and well-presented – representing ASG to high-profile clients and visitors
Responsible and safety-conscious – aircraft handling demands care and attention to detail
Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Flexible and proactive – willing to adapt and assist across various tasks and situations
Physically fit – the role involves manual handling and working outdoors in all conditions
IT literate – comfortable using tablets and basic software systems

While previous experience in aviation or ground handling is an advantage, full training will be provided to the right candidate. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with a positive attitude and a desire to grow within the industry.

A full UK/Guernsey driving licence is essential.
