The Position

We’re looking for a hands-on, practically minded technician to support our installation and interiors build team. This is a full-time, varied, and physical role — ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with tools, and being part of a quality-focused delivery team.

You’ll work closely with our in-house carpenters, decorators, and wider project team across commercial interiors projects, taking on furniture builds, light construction works, deliveries, and on-site assistance.

The Responsibilities

Installation & Fit-Out Support

  • Assist with assembling and installing furniture, joinery, and kitchen cabinetry.
  • Support ceiling, partitioning, and drylining works under senior instruction.
  • Carry out light building works using basic tools and materials.
  • Complete site prep, tidy-up, and general assistance tasks.

Logistics & Materials Handling

  • Load, deliver, and collect furniture and equipment across Guernsey.
  • Maintain vehicle and tool stocks to support day-to-day site needs.
  • Safely move and handle materials in line with H&S guidelines.

Independent Task Management

  • Work from clear instructions, completing tasks without constant oversight.
  • Represent POS professionally on client sites.
  • Flag issues or risks promptly and responsibly.
