The Position
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer – Cloud to join a customer-focused IT team.
The Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering cloud services, infrastructure management, disaster recovery, and backup solutions. You’ll troubleshoot complex technical issues, manage support requests, and ensure root cause resolution, all while prioritising exceptional service. Duties include system provisioning, escalation of third-party cases, and contributing to continuous service improvement.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure—particularly in virtualisation, networking, and Microsoft environments—with an associate-level qualification such as CCNA or equivalent experience. You should have at least three years’ experience in a similar role and demonstrate excellent analytical, organisational, and customer service skills. Familiarity with ITIL, ISO27001, and PCI-DSS is a plus. A satisfactory police disclosure is required due to the nature of the role.
