The Position

The Responsibilities
The Client Director will lead trust administration teams, ensuring exceptional client service and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will co-create the business strategy and spearhead the transformation of the customer experience, aligning with core values and strategic goals.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in Trust and fiduciary services, with at least 5 years' experience in a senior leadership role. Including professional qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law or a related field of work, additionally a STEP or equivalent professional qualification.
Candidates should have proven success in leading teams and delivering operational excellence as well as experience in working with high-net-worth individuals and complex trust structures.
Some flexibility with regards to working hours will be considered.
