The Position
Primary Duties
- To carry out high-quality plumbing maintenance, installation and remedial works at G4S customer sites where required;
- To offer a high degree of customer service to customers whilst on site;
- Identify and highlight to your line manager any additional maintenance work that is required at any customer or company location;
- To carry out high-quality plumbing maintenance, installation and remedial works at G4S-occupied sites within the employee’s capabilities;
- To support other areas of the FM business unit, providing additional resources within the employee’s capabilities where required; and
- Ensure that all information required for invoicing purposes and customer liaison, i.e. worksheets, are completed as per the company’s guidelines, and provided in a timely manner.
The candidate should have demonstrable, current qualifications and experience
Experience / Qualifications / Education
City & Guilds Plumbing Diploma
