Guernsey Community Savings

GCS is a Guernsey charity that arranges access to basic banking services for islanders who cannot open a bank account in the normal way.  Our vision is that no-one in the Bailiwick will be financially excluded from being part of their community.  We also offer financial management guidance to those who need it.
