Client Services Representative

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and personable Client Services Representative to be the friendly voice and efficient support behind a busy operations team.

In this full-time role, you’ll be at the heart of client interaction—resolving queries, supporting advisers, and managing plan servicing with a focus on accuracy, speed, and excellent customer care.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling priorities with confidence and bringing energy to every conversation—whether it's over the phone, by email, or through internal systems. At least two years’ experience in a client-facing role is ideal, along with solid Word and Excel skills. Minute-taking experience is a plus, and they are happy to train the right person.
