Full Time Dental Nurse/Trainee

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a dental nurse in a busy St Peter Port practice.

If you possess strong teamwork skills, and ideally hold relevant qualifications ( although not necessary, as full training will be given by enrolling on a National Examination Course) then this could be the job for you.

Assisting the dentist during a variety of dental procedures.

Providing chair side support to patients during treatment, ensuring their comfort and well being

Preparing and maintaining the dental surgery, and equipment, ensuring high standards of infection control are maintained at all times.

Processing dental radiographs (x rays) and maintaining accurate records of patient care.

Ensuring that all equipment is maintained and cleaned in accordance with practice protocols.

Experience in dental nursing would be advantageous, but full training will be given by enrolment on a dental nursing course.

You must be happy to work as part of a team, and willing to learn and understand new skills.
