The Position
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead a thriving wellbeing and lifestyle store.
The Responsibilities
This is more than just a management role—it’s your chance to shape the customer experience, inspire your team, and help grow a brand that brings positivity and wellness to the community.
You’ll oversee every aspect of the store: from hitting sales targets and creating eye-catching visual merchandising displays to driving social media, coordinating PR and hosting in-store events. You'll lead recruitment and training, manage stock levels, track financial performance, and take ownership of the store’s online retail presence.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, love multitasking and enjoy motivating a team to deliver exceptional service, this role is for you. You will need to work some Saturdays, around 2 per month. Retail and team leadership experience is preferred, but most important is your enthusiasm, creativity and commercial instinct to drive success.
