The Position

An excellent opportunity is available for a Corporate Secretary to join a well-established and forward-thinking private trust firm.

The Responsibilities

This role involves providing statutory secretarial support across multiple jurisdictions, including Guernsey, Switzerland, Cayman, and Dubai. Responsibilities include coordinating board meetings, maintaining governance records, drafting minutes, and supporting effective communication between directors and senior management. The successful candidate will also assist with governance improvement plans and minute reporting.

Experience / Qualifications / Education

Applicants should hold a relevant qualification (ICSA/STEP Diploma or equivalent), have strong technical knowledge of corporate governance in a regulated environment, and possess excellent communication and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will be confident in managing documentation, meeting deadlines, and supporting board-level decision-making processes with professionalism and discretion.
