Associate Director

We are seeking a senior fiduciary professional to drive business development and client relationship excellence in our clients Guernsey office.

This leadership role is focused on growing the fiduciary services offering by nurturing long-term client and intermediary relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering exceptional service to a high-calibre international client base. You’ll manage a portfolio of complex structures, act as a trusted advisor, and collaborate closely with senior management to align local operations with the wider group strategy.

With a strong commercial mindset and technical expertise, you’ll also contribute to risk management, governance, and operational excellence.
