The Position
A highly reputable and growing local private bank is looking to add a new member to their HR team who will be responsible for managing recruitment across CI and UK, working closely with the cross-jurisdictional HR Team.
The Responsibilities
In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define candidate criteria, source top talent through online channels, and organise recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline. You will be responsible for managing key relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, overseeing Talent Programmes, and supporting Learning & Development initiatives. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with guidelines, assist with HR projects, and provide support for employee on-boarding, off-boarding, and induction training. You will also oversee the management of employee work-spaces, ensuring GDPR compliance and proper document retention.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
You will need up to three years’ experience in a talent acquisition and experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. Advanced administration skills are needed, with a high degree of numeracy, literacy and IT. We need someone who is able to communicate efficiently and effectively within and out of the team. Management skills of organisation and discretion alongside the experience of working with HR Database/recruitment portal.
