The Position
We’re seeking a Junior People Business Partner ready to take the next step in their HR career.
The Responsibilities
This hands-on generalist role offers a chance to support a broad range of people activities across multiple jurisdictions — from recruitment and on-boarding to performance, engagement, and well being. You’ll work closely with managers, providing practical, commercially focused advice and helping embed company values in day-to-day operations. You’ll also use your system savvy to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the People function.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
If you’re CIPD qualified (or equivalent), proactive, adaptable, and comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional environment, this role is a fantastic opportunity to grow and make an impact.
