The Position

We’re looking for an HR Systems & Data Coordinator to own and optimise HR Information Systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

The Responsibilities

You’ll be the go-to expert for generating insightful workforce reports and dashboards that drive smart decision-making. Acting as a bridge between People, IT, and vendors, you’ll lead system upgrades, automate processes, and enhance user experience. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will help streamline operations and support People team projects, from data migrations to training colleagues.

Experience / Qualifications / Education

Experience with HRIS platforms (Sage preferred), Excel, and data visualization tools like Power BI is essential, with SQL knowledge a bonus. If you’re passionate about data integrity and improving HR systems in a fast-paced environment, this role offers the perfect blend of technical challenge and people-focused collaboration.
