The Position
If you're looking to start a career in insurance, get in touch about an entry-level Underwriting Assistant role supporting an international portfolio that includes Kidnap and Ransom, Marine Piracy, and Fine Art claims.
The Responsibilities
The position begins with an 8-week structured training program, offering opportunities to shadow colleagues, build professional skills, and gain hands-on experience. You'll also receive support to pursue a professional qualification, along with Lean Six Sigma training.
Key responsibilities include preparing policy documents, managing data entry, supporting regulatory compliance, and contributing to the improvement of operational processes—all to help deliver high-quality service. You’ll be expected to work independently, meet deadlines, and take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent analytical skills, and high attention to detail. Spanish language skills and prior office experience are advantageous.
