The Position
This is a an immediate temporary assignment for a period of 4-5 months, working 30 hours per week.
The Responsibilities
The role holder will produce and amend documents accurately, make travel arrangements for partners and managers, schedule appointments and co-ordinate arrangements for meetings for partners and managers, assist with switchboard and reception duties as required, be the first point of contact for visitors, arrange incoming and outgoing post, answering the telephone in a professional manner and directing calls to the relevant team and preparation and cleaning of board rooms for external and internal meetings.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
Candidates should have previous demonstrable experience in a similar position, advanced knowledge of Word (essential) and Lotus Notes (desirable), a good telephone manner is essential and switchboard experience is desirable.
