The ideal candidate will possess great organisational skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in the effective management of customer accounts is required.
Monitor balances on customer accounts and chase for funds where required
Monitor and service credit limits as appropriate
Despatch of monthly statements
Preparation of Quarterly customers report
Assistance with the preparation of any management information
Manage “on hold” accounts
Take payments from Customer
Assist with the transition to Intact IQ (The new accounting package)
Any other duties or project work which may be required
This position is Full Time and Permanent, Monday - Friday - 9 am - 5pm
