Healthspan Limited was established in 1996, with just six products and a firm focus on quality, value, and excellent customer service. Since then, we have grown to become the UK's clear leader in direct-to-consumer nutritional supplements. Healthspan is now part of Orkla, a Nordic retail giant with international reach.
Healthspan now not only offers vitamins and minerals, but also skincare and pet products, as well as a sports nutrition range for competing athletes under the Healthspan Elite brand. Our products are tested and perfected with the help of in-house doctors and nutritionists, and are trusted by several top sports teams and associations, from the All Blacks to Tottenham Hotspur, to British Cycling, Swimming, and Athletics.
One of the key drivers of this success is Healthspan's determination to focus on the customer. Our adverts say, "not all supplements are created equal" and we work hard to make sure this is the case – that by buying from Healthspan the customer is getting the best product and service there is.
Our employees create products they would want to take themselves; if they see a gap in the market for a better kind of product – whether it's one that fulfils a certain need, is more convenient to take or simply tastes better – they will work to deliver it.
Healthspan currently employs over 140 people in Guernsey and the UK. Head office is in St Peter Port, Guernsey, with a Healthspan shop on the high street. Customer service is handled by our call centre in Gosport, near Portsmouth.
